Solution One - Using Radio Frequency

 This simple innovative solution can save lives and resources.It is not a costly method. very simple electronic gadget. Radio frequency transmitter and receiver solve the problem. Only thing we need to come in to protocol and fixed this radio frequency transmitter on each train engine. It generates common standard frequency while this is moving on the rail way line.

Frequency Receiver is small electronic gadget, It always searching on this standard frequency. Any one can keep this electronic gadget on their hand when they are crossing the railway line. It also can fixed on vehicle dashboard. Those who are living close to the railway line can fixed it on their homes. Railway line maintenance staff can use it. Railway gate operators also can use it. 

This small equipment require small energy. It can operate on inbuilt battery power with solar power charger. If it is fixed on vehicle, can be managed by using the car battery. 

How it is functioning, when moving train comes specified closer distance. Frequency generate by the train engine will captured by the frequency receiving gadget, buzz the sound and indicate, there is a train moving on closer. Then you are on alert. can take safety precautions and avoid accident.

This method use GPS (Geographic Positioning System) technology, GPS locator identification device is fixed on Train Engine. It is embeded electronic device. It shows exact location where the train is move on. The other side android application runs on mobile phone or any other device, monitoring train's movement closer to the device. It will indicate and shows an alert to prevent from red zone. This also can integrate with vehicle GPS systems, getting an alert on car dashboard.

These simple innovative methods not required sophisticated technologies, millions of dollars, Longer research and development project. Very simply can setup this method and practice.It will save thousand of lives and resources. Only thing is, required to comes into common platform,  protocol or standard. Specially train manufactures, vehicle manufactures, operated on international market and governments, they need to setup common standards, policies and practices.
