Design more attractive java user interface

Java interfaces little ugly compare to other development language. Hope you all will agree with me. No matter if you don't agree with me just put your comments. However let's discussed on how to make better interface using java.

Java Look and Feel is good solution. it makes java interface more attractive.It works on java swing framework.  you need to add look and feel jar library to your projects. I have experience some times library depend on java run time environment.
